A beautiful property in an excellent location. There was a lovely welcome of tea, coffee, milk, shortbread and a nice bottle of wine to start our holiday off well. There was a lovely welcome of tea, coffee, milk, shortbread and a nice bottle of wine to start our holiday off well. The Farmhouse is ideal for families and is very nicely decorated, has everything you need and is of a very high standard.

The garden is beautiful and very relaxing after a busy day at the beach.

There are books and DVD's for all ages and digital tv.

We have stayed in Croyde for quite a number of years and have now stayed at The Barn and The Farmhouse and my parents stay in The Granary, all properties are lovely and the location makes them ideal for exploring Croyde. Highly recommend.

My new wife and I spent a week in december at Croyde Cottage for our honeymoon. Even though the weather was cold and wet the cottage more than made up for it. The kitchen had amazing facilities, and the dishwasher meant that we didn't have to do any washing up at all ! :) Wonderfully decorated, and an open fire which soon warmed us up. My new wife and I spent a week in december at Croyde Cottage for our honeymoon.

We stayed at The Farmhouse during September 08 with 5 adults (including 2 seniors) and 2 babies. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to a good modern standard.

The cottage easily accommodated us all, consisting of a double bedroom and two twin rooms. The double bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, whilst the other two bedrooms share a nice sized main bathroom.

Best of all is the large, cosy and well equipped live in kitchen. The ground floor also benefits from a comfortable living room with a real open fire, flat screen TV and DVD player and there is also a further small summer room which looks out onto the pretty garden and patio which was delightful to use with the weather as good as it was.

The owners were extremely responsive and helpful, recommending a local hire supplier of travel cots and high chairs who were able to deliver and set up the cots in advance the day we arrived.
